The Bachelor of Business is a three-year business degree designed to prepare graduates for employment as business professionals in enterprises across the globe.

You will be undertaking applied learning in a range of key business functions, including management, finance, people management, technology information systems, international business and strategic marketing.
This degree also extends your knowledge of using business and online technologies, commercial research methodologies, critical analysis and conceptual thinking, creative reasoning and problem solving, which all leads to the development of interpersonal, teamwork and leadership skills needed to work effectively as individuals and as team members.

The degree offers an internship/professional experience in semester 6, which will develop a greater understanding of work-based and sustainable business practices within a defined industry sector. These real-world experiences will consolidate the learning undertaken in the classroom and allow opportunities to build networks with business practitioners, thereby facilitating graduate employment and practice as business professionals.

☑ Academic IELTS 6.5 ，with a minimum level of 6 in all bands or TOEFL (iBT) 79 or Certificate 4 in English for Academic Purposes (EAP) or Advanced English

Bachelor of Property Valuation
物业估值学士

The Bachelor of Property Valuation is a three year professional degree that prepares graduates for work as a property valuer in a range of contexts across residential, commercial and public sectors, both nationally and internationally.
Whilst focussing on the skills required to work professionally as a property valuer, the course will also provide preparation for a number of specialised areas of valuation practice.

Students will actively engage and experiment with property valuation techniques and processes, as well as undertaking site visits and regular field trips, and ongoing interacting with industry practitioners. Students will gain the skills and expertise to value any real property across sectors.
Graduates of the course will have the knowledge and skills required to practice as a registered valuer in NSW, and to apply to become an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute.
