The Certificate 3 Guarantee supports eligible individuals to complete their first post-school certificate III level qualification and increase their skills to move into employment, re-enter the workforce or advance their career.

Certificate 3 Guarantee Program

All courses available under the Certificate 3 Guarantee are Certificate III level vocational qualifications.

To be eligible for the Certificate 3 Guarantee Program, students must:

🔹年龄15岁或以上，已完成中学教育或已离校（除了学校的VET（VETIS）学生之外 - 有关详细信息，请参阅VETIS情况说明书）。

🔹昆士兰州居民。

🔹澳大利亚公民，澳大利亚永久居民（包括以人道主义进入者），或具有获永久居留权的必要签证和工作许可的临时居民，或新西兰公民。

🔹不持有，或没有在读的三级证书或更高水平的资历，不包括在学校取得的资历和基础技能培训。

Be aged 15 years or older and have finished secondary or left school (with the exception of VET in School (VETIS) students – see the VETIS Fact Sheet for more information.

Be a Queensland Resident.

Be an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident (includes humanitarian entrant), temporary resident with the necessary visa and work permits on the pathway to permanent residency, or a New Zealand citizen.

Not hold, and not be enrolled in a Certificate III or higher level qualifications, not including qualifications completed at school and foundation skills training.

To be eligible for the Higher Skill Level Program, students must:

🔸Be 15 years of age or older and no longer at school

🔸Be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident (including humanitarian entrants), or a temporary resident with the necessary visa and work permits on the pathway to permanent residency

🔸Not hold or be currently undertaking a Certificate IV or higher level qualification. This does not include qualifications undertaken while at secondary school

🔸在昆士兰居住。

🔸澳大利亚或新西兰公民或澳大利亚永久居民（包括以人道主义进入者），或具有永久居留权的必要签证和工作许可的临时居民
